Nieuwe NL Sludge band: STARVE!
STARVE is a new band from the Netherlands, influenced by Iron Monkey, Eyehategod and all the filth, despair, injustice, fear and greed that this world is rich. STARVE supports a vegan lifestyle.
Unlike our music, things have started to pick up the pace for us as a band.
Demo tape released by Headfirst Records (US)
Headfirst Records from Greensboro, North Carolina (run by the same guys as Page 63 clothing) have been kind enough to release our demo recordings on tape. The recordings were remixed especially for this release and you can order the tape, which contains a 11x17" foldout lyric sheet. They will also be printing some exclusive STARVE shirts in the near future.
Full length LP on Badger Records
We are pleased to announce that Badger Records will be releasing our debut full length LP, 'Wasteland'. This LP will contain ten songs, including re-recordings of the four songs off our demo. It should be out right after summer and will be limited to 500 copies.
Expect more gut-wrenching bass loops, louder guitars, abused drums and some gutteral bluesy howls. More news on this and ordering info will follow ASAP.
In addition to the two aforementioned releases, STARVE have been added to the roster of Doomstar Bookings.
Since these guys book shows and tours for Heavy Lord, Magrudergrind, Rompeprop and Jesus Cröst, it should be clear that we will be in good hands.
